Position : Head Marketing

Work Location: Bhubaneswar
Background: Degree in Business administration. People with an engineering background will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of industry experience in IT Marketing / Business Development/Sales.
Job Description
- In-depth experience in planning, execution, and management of lead-generating marketing programs.
- Conceptualizing & ensuring smooth execution of online strategies for campaigns.
- Responsible for PR initiatives, press releases, customer references and case studies.
- Initiatives such as online and offline advertising, direct marketing, SEO and social media marketing.
- Evolve overall marketing and communication strategy, positioning, identifying and using all mediums of message delivery.
- Develop Customer cross-sell / up-sell penetration strategies.
- Sound understanding of traditional online marketing channels like email marketing, online display advertising etc.
- Strong experience and understanding of Google analytics to analyze lead conversions and profitability analysis.
- Experience with social media, product launches, web analytics tools, search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) .
Requisite Skills:
- Should have strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills.
- Should not have an issue with occasional onsite travel . Should have a passport

- An MBA from premier business school . ( Pre- MBA experience preferrably in IT )
- Business and Sales acumen.

- High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment ; including the ability to work in a fast moving, and challenging environment.

- Must be confident in making presentations and meeting Customers.
- Positioning of company / services for different geographies by better branding .
- Achieve sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
