Survey/List replication Tool
Executive Summary
Our client used to frame survey questionnaires for their users who were mainly into healthcare domain. Think of the problem they would have faced in creating the same set of survey questionnaire every time for different users. To avoid such a situation, our client was interested in creating a tool that would help them overcome the burden of creating survey questionnaires manually, each time. They were in the lookout of an able offshore partner who can provide them the support to develop such tool.
Mindfire took the responsibility to develop the tool for our client. Mindfire’s team understood the requirement of the client and started the project. The project involved the replication of SharePoint Surveys / Lists from a list template based on the group names present within the Active Directory.

Business Situation
The client served its healthcare customers by preparing survey questionnaires and desired to automate the process via a replication tool. By doing so, they would not require to prepare it every time for the group of users present in the Active Directory Server. The only thing they would do is to run the file to extract the exact questionnaire required by the group.
The business requirement was to develop a tool that can be used by the customer to replicate different medical surveys or some lists related to the healthcare domain. The replication should be based on the group names present within the Active Directory Server and corresponding Active Directory permissions needs to be tied up with the replicated lists / surveys.
