Job Description:

• Responsible for heading the entire unit and increase its growth; both in terms of headcount and revenue generation.
• Project Planning, Project Estimation, Resource Allocation and monitoring.
• Handling projects and giving Functional/Technical guidance to Sub Leads/Team Members
• Client Interaction and successful implementation and closure of Projects
• Identifying areas of Improvement in members and giving training for better performance and growth.
• Maintaining relationship with existing clients to generate repeat business
• Coordinate and provide required input to the sales team for new client / projects acquisition.

Desired Profile:

• Should have 7+ yrs of Hands-on Experience on Oracle Application Customization, Implementation and Functional setups in Oracle Apps 11i and above (Preferably Release 12).
• Expertise in Oracle Forms and reports 10g, PL/SQL, Oracle DBA, BI Publisher, OAF, Oracle Workflow
• Should have worked on Oracle 9i/11i. Should be very strong in SQL.
• Should have excellent knowledge in any of the following Oracle Apps Modules : Finance (AP/AR/GL), Purchasing(PO,OM),HRMS(T&L, SSHR, Payroll)                
• Should have good knowledge of RICE Components with experience of at least 2 end-end implementations.
• Should have handled 20-30 members team directly.
• Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should have good client handling skills.

Position 2   

Title : UNIT Lead - JAVA

Eligibility :  10 +  Years experience

Job Description:

Title : UNIT Lead - Remote Infrastructure Management

Eligibility :  10 +  Years experience

• Handling multiple stakeholders across the globe and managing the expectations.
• Driving process improvement initiatives and successfully implement them.
• Primary responsibility for establishing, executing and strengthening the build and release procedure for all environments.
