• Rajeev Kumar:
  Rajeev brings invaluable experience and technical/managerial skills to Mindfire. Rajeev started his career with India's out-sourcing giant, HCL Technologies in 1997. He was employed with Microsoft at their Redmond campus for 2 years from 1999 to 2001. During the last year, Rajeev worked with Infosys. Rajeev has moved with equal ease from Solaris/Motif to SmartCard/PocketPC. At Microsoft, he was Program manager for the Visual Studio .NET group, specifically responsible for VB .NET. Rajeev holds a BE in Computer Engineering from Delhi Institute of Technology, earned in 1997.
  
  
• Saurabh Goel:
  Saurabh has had experience in both the off-shore context (India Development Centers) and on-site (in the US). He was first employed with DE Shaw's India Development Center in Hyderabad. Here Saurabh was part of a team working on development of highly scalable real-time stock-broking technology. Later, Saurabh joined AIG Insurance in their New York office. He continued working on large-scale Java system development. Saurabh returned to India and joined Mindfire in January 2002. Saurabh holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi.
  
  
• Shahzad Akhtar:
  Shahzad is known for his late nights and early mornings, and his team members dread his timings! Shahzad is deep into Mac/Windows/Linux development. The only language he speaks (though he knows others) is C++. Shahzad worked with Indian IT giant HCL Corp before joining Mindfire. Shahzad is a graduate in Electronics and Telecommunication.
  
  
• Yogita Sahoo:
  Yogita is the person all of them catch, when they want their project released with that last "it's a small" bug. With her unrelenting attitude, she is often labelled "merciless" by her colleagues. She manages the QA-Lab and team, and every project passes under her stringent eyes before release. Yogita has worked on QA Strategy, Test Planning, Black-box/White-box/Regression Testing and Test Automation for several projects, and leads our Testing team.
