Mindfire Solutions is led by an experienced and competent management team. This premier team gets together years of technology and out-sourcing experience.

Our President and CEO, Mr. Chinmoy Panda, has had several years of experience in the global software industry, employed with companies like Adobe Systems Inc, Interra Inc, James Martin & Co and Cadence Design Systems. He has US patents pending in the areas of document analysis, document understanding and Internet search techniques. Chinmoy had earned his BE in Computer Science from BITS Pilani and his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, both leading educational institutions of India.

Mr. Shankar Nath, our Head of Sales and Marketing, joins us after 10+ years of rich experience at several Fortune 500 organizations. Shankar has worked in sales and marketing positions with SmithKline Beecham, Citigroup and Aviva Insurance. Most recently, Shankar headed marketing at FedEx India. Shankar graduated in Mathematics from St. Stephens College, New Delhi and further completed his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad - two of the premier educational institutions in India.

Jim Norris, our Vice President of North American Sales brings a wealth of experience to Mindfire Solutions in his role as Vice President of North American Sales. He has over 25 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Process Development, Engineering, Quality Management, and Materials Management. He has held various positions at IBM, Silicon Graphics, Solid Data Systems, and Gearhead Engineering. Jim possesses a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Chico State University and a Masters in Engineering from Stanford University.

Our Head of Technology, Mr. Shashank Bhargava, has worked in various capacities in the business technology arena, for 7 years. Shashank last worked for Cisco Systems as an Independent Consultant, before joining Mindfire Solutions. At Cisco, Shashank led the "web-enabled Java business tools" initiative. Prior to Cisco, Shashank had worked with GE Appliances on their e-business site development. Shashank spent several years with Avalon Systems, implementing ERP Systems at various locations in the US. Shashank had completed his BE in Computer Science from BITS Pilani, India.

Mr. Soumya Mishra heads Operations and Facilities management. Soumya worked with the $40m JMBaxi, a multi-national shipping and exports company. After shipping, Soumya took up responsibilities with Euclid Networks, a US-based networking company. Having managed several facilities and network implementations, Soumya sets up additional infrastructure to meet our "spike-demand" without batting an eyelid!

Our Head of the Bhubaneswar Engineering Center, Ms Sonali Bhuyan, has occupied similar positions in the business of off-shore software out-sourcing. She has perfected the art of making customers comfortable with the remote development paradigm, and of providing appropriate facilities for engineering talent to deliver. Sonali completed her post-graduation in Political Science from Utkal University.
