| This case study describes the development of a portal wherein healthcare professionals especially neonatal nurses nationally and internationally could share knowledge, ideas and experiences with each other. The client was interested in developing such a portal in order to help these group of professionals to participate in provincial, federal and international health care decision making and policy development regarding the care of newborns and their families through different events.Mindfire was able to prepare a proposal for the client, suggesting him to develop the portal using SharePoint 2007. | This client of ours is a giant in healthcare industry in USA and wanted to develop a CMS system to manage the content and other frequently changed stuff easily in his website.The main focus of our client was to maintain a healthy food benchmark in a short period of time for his customer. They had an existing system which had functionalities that could not meet their expectations. So, they decided to migrate the application to a DNN (DotNetNuke) CMS with some additional features. Mindfire participates in Survey : Mindfire Participates in an independent research on Human Resource Practices for Global Employees. An independent researcher from Michigan State University identified Mindfire SOlutions as one of the companies from India to participate. The basic purpose of this survey is to provide useful information for organizations to design and develop effective benchmark HR practices for a global workforce which would be used by researchers to identify relevant HR practices for global workforce performance and well-being.
Year-to-Date (YTD) Performance : Having completed 8 months of Financial Year in 2011-2012 Mindfire's revenue pattern shows a rising trend. The target being 35 % annual growth rate, till now Mindfire has exceeded its target and going absolutely on the right track.
Mindfire's trip to The Treehouse Hotel and Club, Bhiwadi : Mindfire had sponsored a trip to The Treehouse Hotel and Club, Bhiwadi for its New Delhi ADC people to celebrate its 12th anniversary. This trip was held on the 19th & 20th of November and was much enjoyed by everyone.
Mindfire to buy two new Harley Davidson soon : Mindfire's management has thought of buying two Harley Davidson motorbike, one for each of the development center based in New Delhi & Bhubaneswar.
Learning at Mindfire : The focus on knowledge activities started a month ago at Mindfire is now on its full swing. The learning sessions have been started at both the development centres viz New Delhi & Bhubaneswar. Its being carried on by our Chief Learning officer, Mr.Shazad Akthar.
