Joomla - Classified Ads Portal

Designed and implemented a Joomla website for an online source to help navigate through the equine market. The site offers online classified ads for horses, animals and related items (Tack, trailers, clothing, etc). The website helps the user to search and post equine related ads easily. It is designed for buyers and sellers to come in contact with each other. The site helps the user to make access to the equine world through assisting to network throughout North America (and the rest of the world) to buy or sell horses.

We integrated a professionally developed classified component JoomListings and heavily customized varied functionality such as Configurable Ad/Listing Types, Unlimited Packages, Payment Plugins, Featured Listings Module, Advance Search Module etc. We custom developed modules to suit our purpose. Also, custom changes have been done for having different landing pages, menu structure for guest and registered users.

We integrated ChronoForms component for creating different forms on the system like Contact, Advertise and Registration forms. A custom plugin was integrated for PayPal PRO payment gateway and to integrate SSL for specific pages. We added a CRON functionality for sending auto-reminders to sellers to notify about expiry dates of their purchased packages etc. We created different articles and menu items related to each article
