1. CONSENT COLLECTION PROCESS
Before making any outbound calls, Mindfire ensures that explicit consent is obtained from the candidates through one of the following methods:

  • Online consent forms where candidates provide their phone numbers and agree to receive calls.
  • Written consent obtained via email or physical forms.
  • Verbal consent recorded during initial interactions.

Candidates are informed that providing consent is voluntary and that they may withdraw it at any time.

 

2. OPT-OUT MECHANISM
Candidates who wish to opt out of receiving further calls can do so through the following methods:

  • Sending an SMS with the keyword “STOP” to [Opt-Out Number].
  • Requesting opt-out verbally during a call.
  • Sending an email to [email protected] requesting removal from call lists.

Once a candidate opts out, their request is processed within 24 hours, and no further calls will be made to their number.

 

3. RETENTION OF CONSENT RECORDS
Mindfire maintains a record of all consent and opt-out requests for compliance and audit purposes. Consent records are stored securely for a period of [6 months] and are only accessed by authorized personnel.
