     - Customize Data Relationships and User Interface – We can integrate on-demand products with the addition of database tables via Custom Records. Custom Records can be stand-alone or easily tie in with standard objects such as customers or items in data relationships ranging from one-to-one, one-to-many, to many-to-many relation.      - It is the enhancement and integration of third party systems with in NetSuite.
  • Simple object access protocol (SOAP) standard based Web service APIs can extend NetSuite to other third party systems.

NetSuite SuiteFlex

It is a technology which provides development environment for customization of business applications in NetSuite platform. We have deep expertise in the below mentioned. We have expertise in various database tools and technologies along with NetSuite, a sample of which is mentioned below.

NetSuite and System/Projects

Some projects we have done are as follows:

Auto assignment item id/internal id:

Aim:To assign the unique id to the items/records same as internal id generated automatically when end user enters the items/records in NetSuite. This is done by NetSuite Suite Script (User Event Script)

Kit Item Integration:

Aim:To integrate data from a  third party database to NetSuite. This system allows the users to load their data online from excel file, CSV file to NetSuite. The data includes various products called Kit item which includes Inventory items, Kit Packages items, Lot Numbered Assembly items, Lot Numbered Inventory items etc. This is done with our own application in .Net with NetSuite.

Auto increment itemId:

Aim:To increment the item id automatically which populates Item Number field. This provides a unique facility to the end user to track the records entered, by providing the next number of the previous record to the new record entered. This is done by Suite Script (Client Script).

Cash sale Transaction:

Aim:To store all old business history transaction to NetSuite. This provides a system with which old business transactions can be stored in NetSuite for better business management. This is done by a Window service development.

Sales Order Integration:

Aim:To store all the sales order in a company generated on a daily basis in NetSuite. This provides a system where the end user can store the sales orders generated in a company in NetSuite on a daily basis. This was achieved by a Web Application.

Quote Estimate Integration:

Aim:To track all the Customers, Contacts and Quotes when end users ask for quotes online. This provides a system which is integrated with the company web site so that all the Customers and their Contacts can be tracked and to store all the generated Quotes in NetSuite. This is done by a Web Service development and Window service development.

Product and Quote Notification:

Aim:To display images with detailed information of the products purchased by a customer and sending notification to all the business persons involved in this transaction from NetSuite. This provides a system to let the business persons know about the transaction process which includes sending mail notification about the Quote records and company's products with detailed information to the customer email address, contact email address and the sales representatives to know better about the products and its complete list of features.
This is done by Suite Script (Client Script).

Opportunity records Creation:

Aim:To provide a system which will create Opportunity records when an end user creates Quote record from scratch to better relate business records. This is done by SuiteScript (User Event Script)

Mass Mails notification:

Aim:To provide a system which allow the sales persons to sending any new Quote or updated quote by mass emails to the Customer, Contacts and Sales representative about the specific products. This is done by Suite Script (Client Script)
