It was a simple desktop application that allows editing of a Dbf file or text file. The files contained information about various trips that needed to be scheduled/assigned to specific drivers. The application reads the respective file selected by the user and the contents of the files get populated in a grid. The user has options to modify the data of two columns in the grid. Once the edit/changes are complete, the end user can save the data back to the respective file format.
The application is very user interactive as it allows the end user to filter out the scheduled trips based on the Driver number selected. Also, it allows the user to compare and see data in two panes as the view is split to horizontal frame one above the other. It also has options to convert text file to a DBF file format. The application also has a functionality implemented that colors records on some matching conditions in the grid.

This is a web application which stores information related to government business. The application used to have the voodoo controls to render its pages. We have successfully replaced voodoo with west wind web controls. It also creates lots of report pages using the west wind controls which can be exported to excel files. The application is also equipped to represent the data graphically.
There we included the accordion controls on web page, dynamic menu at the top, VFP report creation and exported to PDF files, creation of chart image on the basis of field's data of report table as well as some report creation to show on webpage. After the completion of the work we included this application as a module inside the previous main project.
